RCC Construction's CM-Build process combines the design, permitting and construction of your project into one seamless process. The Owner can turn to RCC Construction with concerns or questions instead of having to coordinate separately with the design team, building officials, consultants and contractors. Our CM-Build process establishes the design and cost of the project sooner which allows you to move forward with construction, confident that your project will be completed when you need it to be.

Owner Involvement: Our CM-build process allows you, the Owner, to be involved with the design and construction process as much or as little as you desire. If you want RCC Construction to coordinate all facets of their project we're happy to oblige. We understand that many Owners want to focus their efforts on the day to day management of their businesses. We also work with quite a few Owners who want to be more involved with the process. Either way our goal is to provide the best customer service possible.
Single Source: Instead of you having to coordinate with several contractors and consultants independently, you can deal with just one entity; RCC Construction. Design revisions, budgeting, permitting, jobsite issues, construction questions, change orders, and billing will all be routed through RCC Construction. Additionally, our CM-Build process steers projects away from the “finger-pointing” that is often commonplace in traditional construction
projects, and allows you, the Owner, to turn to one entity with questions or concerns.

Our Process (CM-Build) verses Hard Bid
Our CM-Build process will save you a substantial amount in time and costs over the hard-bid process for your next construction project. As the diagram to the right shows, the cost of the project will be established sooner which allows the project to start earlier than the competitive bid (design-bid-build) process allows. We'll work with the design team and subcontractors to establish the best value for your construction needs.
