When hired as a Construction Manager for your next project, RCC Construction still performs all of the functions (pre-construction, design coordination, estimating, project management, jobsite supervision, safety coordination) required for a successful project. However we do so as a paid consultant. This results in a substantially lower project price because most of the construction liability is removed from our scope of work. Thus we're able to charge less for our services which saves you a substantial amount in construction costs.

RCC Construction offers Project Scoping services which provide business owner's with the information that they need to make decisions regarding their new construction or building expansion needs.
